Astronomers have discovered a possible new dwarf planet in our Solar System, far beyond the orbit of Pluto! Full Story:
The distant object, named 2026 ED138, was identified in observations captured by the NSF–DOE Vera C. Rubin Observatory between March 4 and July 11, 2026. Early analysis suggests ED138 may be among the largest and brightest objects discovered in this distant region of our Solar System.
