Back in August, we asked you to name the dinosaur sticker joining our Hera spacecraft on its journey. Now, more than 100 million kilometres from Earth, we finally have proof that our little passenger made it safely aboard!
The sticker is placed on Hera’s PALT baffle, which protects the laser altimeter from sunlight entering the instrument. 🛰️
But the adventure is far from over! On November 25, our little dino will reach the Didymos asteroid system to witness Hera investigate how asteroid deflection works.
