Virgin Galactic has unveiled its new spaceship, Apeiron!
The name, chosen by voters from more than 80 countries across six continents, comes from the ancient Greek word for "the boundless," reflecting Virgin Galactic's vision of opening space to more people.
Apeiron is scheduled to fly to Spaceport America in New Mexico on Oct. 28, 2026, where it will begin preparations for upcoming flight tests.
